We are aware that there are some broken links in the SEL Module Segments, we are working to correct those. We apologize for the inconvenience.

There are seven segments of the social emotional online module Social Emotional Learning in Washington State Schools: Building Foundations and Strategies. The intent of the module is to support teacher, administrator, and school staff understanding of what social emotional learning (SEL) is and its importance, as well as to explain how to implement and integrate SEL into their respective contexts in a culturally responsive way.

This first segment is called Introduction to Social Emotional Learning. Although you may access the other segments of the module, our recommendation is to complete each segment in sequence as the content will build upon itself. Once you have set up an account on this Moodle server, you can self-enroll in each module as you are ready to do so.

NOTICE OF CHANGE

The SEL Module Segments have been updated to now include clock hours!

Click here for SEL Online Module Clock Hour Registration.

If you do NOT want clock hours, there is no need to click on the registration above.
Complete this segment at your own pace. Following completion, there will be a link to a short quiz that will generate a notification of completion.
Clock hours will be updated monthly.
